Katie Cassidy to Return to Gossip Girl?

Katie Cassidy’s Juliet Sharp played a crucial role in the first half of Gossip Girl’s fourth season, but left town after coming clean to Serena in the mid-season finale, “The Townie.”
While Juliet’s brother Ben (David Call), the reason behind Juliet’s machinations, is now getting a major story arc of his own, will Ms. Cassidy grace the Gossip Girl set again yet?
Executive producer Stephanie Savage tells EW that she “definitely left the door open for her to come back at some point.” Interesting … is that something you’d like to see?
Moreover, rumor has it that “Juliet isn’t the only familiar face who could be popping up soon.” What do you make of that? Who else is returning in the near future?

After three long years Katie’s 2007 movie Spin or as it was called Your Are Here has finally made its way onto R1 DVD, AKatie play’s in the movie Apple she is the best friend of Cassie and she is after Ryan but he wants Cassie. the film is all about one night and the spin all the people put on it. Over 600 DVD Screencaptures from the movie has bin added into the gallery its just a shame that there are no DVD Bonus Features of Katie on it.

Selena Gomez Hung Out With Girls On Monte Carlo Set

Selena Gomez likes boys as much as the next young starlet, but even she sometimes just needs her girl time. She recently told Latina all about her set adventures with her female pals. Here is what she had to say.
“Leighton and Katie [Cassidy] and me spent every scene together. We’d have dinner together and we would talk and we’d go out and it was always us three girls. There were romantic aspects for each of our characters and we had a lot of guys that were on the set, and at our hotel, but we never hung out with them. [Laughs]. We just hung out with each other”
Sounds like the Monte Carlo set was very divided! I am glad that Selena made time for some girl talk and just to be girly. She needed some slacking off time, after working so hard all the time. I cannot wait to see more from this movie! It’s going to be a good one, I really feel that it is. What do you guys think and how do you feel about what Selena said?

Katie Cassidy Going to Glee?

Katie filmed Monte Carlo with Cory recently, and, while the two were pals offscreen too, it doesn’t sound like she will be following in Gwyneth Paltrow’s shoes.
Now that Katie is done with her Gossip Girl stint, we need to see that pretty face of hers somewhere on the boob tube. Maybe Lea Michele could give her a tune-up?

Stephanie Savage Talks Katie And Gossip Girl

If there is a Season 5, fans may see the return of the show’s most recent villain, Juliet (Katie Cassidy). When asked if we’ve seen the last of the poor girl out for revenge (and a penchant for drugging via masks), Savage teases, “We definitely left the door open to bring her back at some point.”
So how does Savage think Juliet added to the “Gossip Girl” dynamic? “I think she brought, on the one hand, a great schemer energy of someone who was really driven by an agenda, very smart, very manipulative and really on par with our characters,” she explains. “On the other hand, she also brought this tragic backstory and a real vulnerability that when we actually found out what was motivating her agenda against Serena and our other characters, you felt a little sorry for her. We really love the complication of that story.”
While most villains on the show get a four or five-episode arc, Juliet lasted eleven, which played a huge part in the casting of Cassidy. “We felt so confident in her abilities that we felt we could commit to a longer arc and tell a story that lasted the first whole half of the season and is going to continue in the second half.”
Finally, we asked Savage where she would rank Juliet on “GG’s” very long list of villains. “I think she ranks pretty high up there,” she says with a laugh. “Certainly she and Georgina (Michelle Tratchenberg) are probably our best all-time villains. At that point it comes down to preference.” Later, she adds that dear old Uncle Jack Bass (Desmond Harrington) is also up there with the “epic” antagonists of the show.
