According to Perez, Hilary Duff will reprise her role from last season as Dan’s ex-girlfriend and movie star extraordinaire, Olivia Burke, in the season finale!

Not only that, but Clemence Poesy (Eva) AND Katie Cassidy (Juliet) are both also apparently returning to the UES for the last episode of the show’s fourth season.

We haven’t been able to independently confirm this report, but we welcome your theories on whether you think it’ll happen – and whether it should, and how …

Katie was not seen in candids when the filming for this was going on so i would say if she is in the finale i would say she dose a phone call or something like that.

You also just wrapped shooting on your next film, Monte Carlo. What was that experience like?

LM: That was one of the most amazing experiences of my life, we filmed in Budapeste, Paris, and Monte Carlo over the entire summer working with Selena (Gomez), Katie (Cassidy) and a bunch of other really great people, and they changed my life. They’re wonderful and I can’t say enough amazing things about them, because it’s so hard to find amazing girls and they really are amazing, smart and talented and we were on the most amazing vacation adventure of our lives while making a movie. And, I saw it and it’s wonderful.

As anyone who has booked a package trip to Europe can tell you — and as the characters in the teen travelogue Monte Carlo find out — experiences can vary greatly depending on the accommodations, travel mates and tour guide you get.

The movie, due July 1, offers teenage girls an alternative to the third Transformers movie this summer and a familiar face in Disney Channel star Selena Gomez (Wizards of Waverly Place), who plays Paris-bound high school grad Grace.

The Texas teen is let down when she finds out that the adventure she researched and booked for herself and best friend Emma (Katie Cassidy) isn’t quite as grand as she had imagined.

Their dream vacation is unwittingly saved by British socialite Cordelia Winthrop Scott, an impeccably dressed brat who is a doppelgänger for Grace. After a case of mistaken identity and armed with Cordelia’s invitation to a glitzy gala in Monte Carlo, the girls head south to live it up for a week, wearing fancy clothes and meeting dashing men.

The production did spend time in the real Paris, but Gomez laments she didn’t get to make a pilgrimage to Chanel, the French fashion house that produced her favorite outfit in the movie. Co-star Leighton Meester, who plays her depressed stepsister and chaperone, Meg, did.

“I’m jealous,” confesses Gomez, who warns fellow Gossip Girl fans not to expect the spoiled Blair Waldorf in Monte Carlo. “Leighton does such a good job, and I can’t wait for people to see her in a different light.“

Deadline reports “Undercovers” star Boris Kodjoe has joined the ABC pilot “Georgetown,” which is shaping up to be the home of one of the most attractive casts. Ever. In the history of television.

The pilot from “Gossip Girl’s” Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage is an ensemble drama about young staffers on Capitol Hill.

So who will Kodjoe be playing? The Democratic president’s fiercely intelligent senior adviser. Kodjoe joins a cast that includes “Lone Star’s” James Wolk, “Gossip Girl’s” Kevin Zegers and Katie Cassidy, “Vampire Diaries'” Tiya Sircar and “Persons Unknown’s” Daisy Betts. We repeat: One of the most attractive casts ever.

Joining Schwartz and Savage as an executive producer on the project is Len Goldstein, with Will Fetters writing the pilot and Mark Piznarski (“Veronica Mars,” “Gossip Girl”) directing.

Ex Jesse McCartney and how she used to hate her for going out with him.

“But I have to agree with them sometimes. I loved Jesse McCartney. I was obsessed with him. He dated Katie Cassidy when he was 16 or 17. I hated her, absolutely hated her. I was mortified that he was with Katie and I wanted to be with him. He was my screen-saver! I just did a movie (Monte Carlo) with Katie Cassidy and she was the nicest person ever.”

ABC recently acquired the rights to “Georgetown,” a television show about young people in Washington who work for D.C. power brokers. The show is the brainchild of Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, who founded the production company Fake Empire. This duo has been behind the hit television series “The O.C.” and “Gossip Girl.” In recent weeks, the show has cast the dynamic Katie Cassidy to play one of the leads. Cassidy will play Nikki, a White House communications office staffer who is close to the first lady.

The show will center on James Wolk’s character, Andrew Pierce, a Yale graduate who is the youngest presidential speech writer ever. Daisy Betts has also been cast in a prominent role. Very few television shows that try to get D.C. right do so. “The West Wing” got it right. So did the short-lived “Mister Sterling.” Many other shows have tried and failed. Furthermore, many of these shows have had a liberal slant, and often did not portray conservatives accurately.

Katie made a very quick appearance on the premiere episode of “Celebrity Apprentice” last night to help her dad raise money for the first project, and she donating a grand of her own money for the cause. Melrose Place and Gossip Girl alum Katie Cassidy is returning to the primetime soap fold.

Cassidy has been cast opposite Lone Star‘s James Wolk in the ABC drama pilot Georgetown, from Gossip Girl executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. The hourlong project centers around the young people behind the power brokers of Washington, DC. The main protagonist, Andrew Pierce (Wolk), is an effortlessly charming and brilliant Yale graduate and the youngest Presidential speech writer on record. Cassidy will play Nikki, a smart and quick-witted junior staffer in the White House Communications Office with connections to the First Lady.

Also cast in the the hourlong project is Persons Unknown’s Daisy Betts. The ICM-repped actress plays Samantha, an idealistic young staffer for the Democratic President who shares a romantic history with Andrew.
