When Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes that Felicity, Thea (Willa Holland) and Donna (guest star Charlotte Ross) are trapped in Palmer Tech with everyone else, he looks to a surprising ally to help Team Arrow save the day.

How good was it to see lawyer Laurel again kicking ass the best way she can in the courtroom, I was starting to think the arrow writers had forgot she was a lawyer. Christopher Gorham On Katie And Harper’s Island

Christopher Gorham who was Katie’s character Trish Wellington fiance in Harper’s Island and who killed her in it, did a interview with Yahoo and talked about both the show and Katie in it.

Yahoo: How did the Harper’s Island role come to you?
CG: I was asked to come in and read for the role after the pilot had already been picked up to series. Katie Cassidy and I both joined the show this way, so they had to re-shoot every pilot scene we were in.

Y: Since going off the air, the show has built a following via DVD and streaming — how often do fans still ask you about it? Are they still angry at you for killing Katie Cassidy?
CG: Most often people want to know if/when I knew I was the killer. And, yes, they’re all still angry. She’s fine, guys! She’s on Arrow!

In an unprecedented move for a broadcast network, the CW announced Friday that it has given early renewals to every current series on its schedule.

The series being ordered for the 2016-17 season are: “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” (season 2), “Jane the Virgin” (season 3), “The Flash” (season 3), “iZombie” (season 3), “Arrow” (season 5), “Supernatural” (season 12), “DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” (season 2), “The 100” (season 4), “The Vampire Diaries” (season 8), “The Originals” (season 4) and “Reign” (season 4).

Catching Up With Cybersmile Ambassador Katie Cassidy

We know that you are an actress, but you also have a blog (TomboyKC.com) that you started with your best friend – can you tell us a bit about that please?

We at TomboyKC are focussed on style that is, well, personal. It’s a place for the smart, opinionated, and occasionally sarcastic to join together to talk about the little things while celebrating our differences. We are self proclaimed nomads, and we aren’t travelling for work or buying 2 of everything, you’ll find Lynsey on her couch and myself at the gym, then us together on Lynsey’s couch. Usually reading up on current events, while eating pizza and drinking champagne in men’s pajamas.

What made you want to get involved with Cybersmile?

I was bullied in grade school and I had a really hard time dealing with it. Being bullied is something I can relate to. Today, I believe it is important that we educate our children how important their developing years are, so they understand the effects that cyberbullying can have. (Here is the announcement of Katie becoming an Official Cybersmile Ambassador in case you missed it!)

Do you think social media is a blessing or a curse?

I have a love/hate relationship with social media. Social media has done wonderful things for people. For example, a few months back, Stephen Amell and I learned that our dear friends son went missing 12 years ago. We were so sad in hearing this news we started feeding information about our friends son through our social media platforms. Because of social media, I’m happy to report that he’s reconnected with his boy!

Katie On Arrow Set February 26th, 2016

Katie is filming episode 19 of Arrow at this time and was seen on set Friday afternoon were they were filming a flashback funeral who I would guess was for Sara and she had her season one hair and look later the rest of the cast were filming a new funeral but with out Katie or Stephen being there, Now because of this a lot of people are saying that it was Katie’s last day on Arrow and she is the one being killed of, Now that could be the case and if it is Katie I would be sad but if her dead moved on the story line then it would be fine with me and she could come back Sara did but with how close they have guarding the information on who was going to die I don’t think they would hold it were fan’s could see it and tell who it was.
