After missing episode 16 as it was a flash forward only Katie was back again for episode 17 Inheritance, It starts with Laurel trying to get info on Emiko and leads to Oliver finding out he can not trust Emiko but in retaliation Emiko reveals all of Laurel past crimes to the public and that is were to leave them with Emiko saying she set her free. We do no the next episode will be a full Laurel one with her going back to her old evil ways only question is will it be Katie’s last on the show well bad news we will find out in two weeks as Arrow is yet again on a break till April 15th.
