Harper’s Island just came out here in the UK this week and at last HMV have sent me my cope of it so i have just capped all the DVD Bonus Features for you all with 4 making offs and 5 Deleted Scene -that Katie was in and next week i will be adding videos from all of these too so keep looking back for them. Katie tells us she doesn’t follow football — but she loves the Super Bowl anyway! We can relate to that … but not to the fact that she doesn’t watch TV!
If you love to celebrate the Super Bowl, but have no idea what’s going on, then you and Katie Cassidy, 23, have something in common! At ESPN The Magazine’s NEXT party at the Fountaineblue Hotel on Feb. 5 in Miami, the Melrose Place star told HollywoodLife.com exclusively: “I don’t really follow football. I know the Saints and the Colts are playing, and I’m rooting for the Saints because my sister told me to.” Well, at the least the girl was being honest!Katie, daughter of singer David Cassidy, brought her sister to the party and was very coy about her plans for the weekend. “I’m just here with friends,” she told us. “We’re hanging with a bunch of people and going to a bunch of parties. … I came to Miami with my sister, she’s the one who set all this up.” Once inside, Katie danced with The Hills star Audrina Patridge … even though it’s unclear how Katie knew who Audrina was! Because another thing the actress doesn’t do is watch TV!
“I don’t watch TV,” she tells us, “but I hear ‘The Jersey Shore’ is good.” Katie, it’s just Jersey Shore, and yes, it’s great!

Katie was at last night not one event but two, she made a stop by at Tide and Venus Williams Launch New Tide Plus Febreze Freshness Sport and ESPN The Magazine’s NEXT Event. I have to say Katie is rocking her new hair it looks her look older in a good way i think. elrose Place: decision will be made in May but baring a miracle don’t expect it back. Though the CW is pleased with it’s recent rerun ratings’ slight improvement and there is some international interest in the show.

Melrose Place is getting dirty!
We caught up with series stars Katie Cassidy and Stephanie Jacobsen at the launch of the Division E women’s collection at Lisa Kline on Robertson in support of the H.E.L.P. charity, and Cassidy told us, “I can tell you that there’s lots of sex happening…Ella’s getting some—maybe from one, maybe from more.” See? Dirty!

Plus, what are the chances of a second season for the ratings-troubled soap? Here’s what we’re hearing about the future of Melrose Place exclusively from Katie and Stephanie…
Regarding that possible second-season pickup, CW suits will likely decide the sudsy drama’s fate closer to upfronts in May, but in the meantime, Cassidy tells us, “We’re not sure yet [about season two]; we just finished our first season.” And the lovely Ms. Jacobsen says, “We haven’t heard anything at this stage, [but] there have been positive indications.”
Do tell!
Well, says the Australian-born actress, “The last few shows have been very well-received by people. Yesterday was our final day of shooting, and there is a distinct sense of confidence still there. There was an overall feeling of faith on the set. It’s in the hands of God really. Whatever happens, it’s been great. It’s an experience that I will never forget.”
How would Jacobsen react if there were not a second season? She says, “I’d bawl my eyes out for a few days.”
But enough worrying about the long-term future, let’s dish on what’s coming soon for our favorite scandalous West Hollywood residents. For example, how is Amanda going to fit into things, and does she have any tricks up her sleeve? Says Cassidy, “Any tricks? Oh yeah, are you kidding? She is bad, but we all knew that. I can’t really give away exactly what she does. Ella fights back.” Good for you, girl!
As for Jacobsen’s character, med student/prostitute Lauren, it seems that she might be escaping her shady career situation. According to Jacobsen, “Lauren makes a couple of changes. She encounters a few forks in her road, and she makes extreme calls. Let me say that, as the actor who plays her, her path has been very satisfying.”
