Katie only got to stay for one day of New York Fashion Week before going back to Arrow. And she did two show’s that day, The last show she did was for Noon by Noor and at last we now have 3 photos from the event for you all to see.

New York Fashion Week is here again and after having the miss it this time last year because of filming Arrow, Katie has made it there this time round and did her first show for Jenny Packham – Front Row with Hilary Duff, Lorenza Izzo, Skyler Samuels, Jennifer Morrison and Danielle Panabaker. This weekend was the Heroes & Villains Fan Fest 2016 unfortunately with the weather and snow most of the Arrow cast could not get there, Katie who was in New York before it all hit could not get to day one but was able to make it to day two of the convention with Stephen, John and Katrina. There did a panel together, photoshoots and autograph signings.

Katie did day two (Sunday) Heroes & Villains Fan Fest 2015 with Stephen, David, John, Caity and Neal but looks like Willa and Paul had to go home. Yesterday Katie along with Stephen, David, Willa, Paul, John, Caity and Neal were are the Heroes & Villains Fan Fest 2015 for the day. They did a cast panel, Photo ops and signing. Photos from the day are now up in the gallery.
darhkfelicity was at the panel and had this to say about Katie there.
-her and caity lotz are so adorable together and were whispering together and sharing secrets the entire day
-it was her birthday
-she wants bi laurel lance
-her and a few other cast members (it wasn’t specified) had a conversation and now katie knows felicity would pay -on a date always
-she says all the arrow ladies have really formed a great support group together
-she loves working with katrina law
-she says she wouldn’t want to change the hard time’s laurel’s been through because she’s stronger because of it
-she literally is the sweetest person ever
-half the reason she was so late (according to the guy who was actually in charge of celebrity appearances himself and he said this to me directly, i didn’t hear it from someone else) was because she kept stopping to say hi to her co-stars and losing track of time
-she says she loves how all the actresses on arrow are so strong in their souls (idk how to say it like she did it was a big compliment)
-she said she loves emily
-she really really liked the laulicity cosplay
-she normally hates when people sing her happy birthday but thanked us anyways
-she’s really cute when she hides her face
-caity kissed her on the cheek after we sang
-she was half ready to dig into the cake they brought her with her bare hands and eat it onstage
-she offered cake to the audience members
-she was chewing a mint when she came onstage and was super flustered and adorable and caity and paul teased her about it for a while
-she started smiling really big at the idea of a smoaknlance/olicity double date so i think she’s super on board for that
-oh, and what else?
-SHE’S AMAZING AND I DON’T KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE SAYING OTHERWISE

Over the weekend Katie along with Stephen, David, Willa, Paul and John were are the Wizard World Louisville Comic Con for two days. They did a cast panel, Photo ops and signing. Fan’s could not video the panel so no videos from it are up in full. But photos from both days are now up in the gallery.

It has been announced via twitter that Katie will be attending the Heroes & Villains Fan Fest next year, along with John Barrowman and Stephen Amell. The convention is set in New Jersey and will be happening on January 23 and 24!

Our usual New York Fashion Week experience is one filled with traffic jams, missed shows and a whole lot of stress. But since the moving of the venues, we found this season to be a lot less panicky phone calls and a lot more sushi. (Dear Koi, thanks for keeping our table warm.)
Call it a well planned itinerary or just a blessing from the fashion Gods, but we (almost) made it to everything we intended to and managed to enjoy ourselves the entire time we were in New York City.
Maybe it was the fashion – dying for one Veronica Beard chambray short-suit in particular. Or maybe it was because this season we were joined by friends – Tommy and Alyssa automatically make everything better. Or maybe it was just because it wasn’t 100 degrees Fahrenheit. (We’ll take intermittent showers over blazing heat any day of the week.)
Whatever the case, this Fashion Week was one for the books.
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
