After missing last week’s Arrow Katie was back again this week, I feel like I say this each time Katie is on Arrow but again Katie was not used a lot in the episode but this time he part’s had a purpose, And we got to see the Laurel under Black Siren or did we is it real and she want’s to become good or is still playing all the people? only time will tell and with Dinah now coming to kill Laurel it looks like we will be seeing a lot more of Katie in the coming episodes.
