What a day for Katie news first Arrow and now Katie is back on Gossip Girl as Juliet Sharp for its last season. The last time we saw Juliet was back in season four after she when after Serena then left but the door was open for her to come back, I would think Katie would only have a small part to play this season with Arrow still filming.
