You must have a lot of content, regular updates and overall a great site. No free hosts (Geocities, etc) will be allowed. No anti/hate/porn content and no sites that obviously exist just to make a profit (with excessive use of ads, etc).
• Family sites have to be about a DC or related/co-stars to Arrow/Flash ETC
• Elite sites are only for HQ sites or related/co-stars
• You must add Scarlett Fan to your affiliate list before applying (pending is OK).
