I had a little time this weekend so I got on with redoing our old Melrose Place screen captures with 1080p ones. Today I have added in 4 episodes and they are 1×11 – June, 1×12 – San Vicente, 1×13 – Oriole and 1×14 – Stoner Canyon to the gallery. Back in 2009 Katie was the main star in the reboot of the 1990’s TV show Melrose Place as Ella Simms a junior publicist working at WPK Public Relations and all round bitch. The show only got one season and ended in 2010. For years and years I have been looking for HQ video’s from the show as it never got a full dvd release and you could only get the dvd’s in parts and they are a LOT of money but at long long LONGGGGG last I found full HQ 1080p video’s from the show and have redone episode’s 1×01 – Pilot, 1×02 – Nightingale, 1×03 – Grand, 1×04 – Vine, 1×05 – Canon, 1×06 – Shoreline, 1×07 – Windsor, 1×08 – Gower, 1×09 – Ocean and 1×10 – Cahuenga with the new captures and the last 8 episode’s will be coming soon.

The other night i did a little update in the gallery with some Melrose Place photos, The first is i replaced the Mq Episode Stills we had from 1×09 – Ocean and 1×10 – Cahuenga with nice new Hq ones and one new Hq from 1×02 – Nightingale but at this time the others are still Mq. The other part was i added in more new Hq on set candids from date’s August 18, 2009 and November 09, 2009. Next Tv update will be Gossip Gril so look out for them.

According to tvshowsondvd.com listings, Katie’s Short-Lived Remake of Melrose Place is at last out on released on Region 1 / North American DVD as of October 26th, The DVD is a Amazon’s CreateSpace manufacture-on-demand (MOD) program so as far as i no you can only get it on Amazon. The DVD priced at $34.99, There are special features on the DVD Behind-the-scenes footage and Cast members from the original and new Melrose Place speak about characters on the show a little sad if you ask me i would have loved a gag reel on there and much more. The DVD is available for now Here . There is nothing yet on when the Region 2 / European release will be coming out on but i will try my best to get hold of a copy.

I just got back in tonight and look what i saw, Yes its the news we all were waiting for and now its official Melrose Place is Canceled a sad day for Katie but she will go on to do bigger and better things. I will do a better update on all this tomorrow were i have had more then 5 hours sleep in two days.
Well that’s it Melrose Place is now all over but for just the season or the show its self we will not no now till May here is hoping it will be back for a season two. Last night episode of Melrose Place was just amazing so much was going on with Ella, first she get’s the can from her job then she backmails Amanda, then god dame Jonah doing thats to poor Ella he will die next season and ending with Ella geting rid of Amanda by sending her to Jail and runing WPK her self so what a great way to end the season. Katie and her Melrose Place co-star Michael Rady have just done a new video for the PSA “Txtng and Drivng…It Can Wait”. The PSA was created as part of AT&T’s campaign called “Txtng and Drivng…It Can Wait” which launched earlier this month to help raise awareness about the risks of texting and driving and reminded all wireless consumers, especially youth, that text messages can — and should — wait until after driving. The national campaign — which spans print, radio, TV and online advertising — features true stories and the text message that was sent or received before someone’s life was altered, or even ended, because of texting and driving.

IT’S ELLA VS. AMANDA IN THE SEASON FINALE AND ONLY ONE WILL BE LEFT STANDING/LAURA LEIGHTON MAKES A SURPRISE APPEARANCE — Amanda (Heather Locklear) fires Ella (Katie Cassidy) from WPK. However, not one to go out without a fight, Ella searches for anything to blackmail Amanda. Unfortunately for one of the ladies, the end result is worse than she could have ever imagined. Meanwhile, after attending a NYU reunion, Jonah (Michael Rady) asks Riley (Jessica Lucas) to reconcile and Lauren (Stephanie Jacobsen) and David (Shaun Sipos) get back together but a jealous Morgan (guest star Melissa Ordway) retaliates and puts Lauren’s life in jeopardy. Drew (Nick Zano) tries to stop Michael (Thomas Calabro) from performing a dangerous surgery, but Michael sets Drew up to get caught with drugs, causing Drew to be thrown out of ULA.
